Preventative maintenance is a best-effort attempt to reduce the probability of a computer or server having issues. Because preventative maintenance needs to be done consistently, it is included as part of the Service Agreement Plan. These plans are offered at great prices which are based on the number of visits per year. The agreement also includes additional hours for remote and off-site support.

Many tech solution companies and computer repair shops prefer to charge labor per hour. Four hours of labor will cost the same no matter what services are being provided. Others prefer to charge per service. One computer being repaired can have charges for diagnostics, virus removal, and software upgrades. Both options can be expensive for the client. I believe that the technology issues should be of greater concern than the cost to resolve the issues. For this reason, my labor costs start with a block of time and the "per hour" cost decreases during the day as more time is spent. Also, because I can multitask, I don't charge the same amount for services I provide from my own office. In this way, I keep my clients satisfied and willing to return for help when needed.
My Service Agreement Plan goes beyond the Preventative Maintenance Agreements that I offer to small businesses. The Service Agreement guarantees that I will be at your location for a given number of times throughout the year to provide not only preventative maintenance, but any other services needed during those time periods. The Service Agreement also provides additional support beyond the scheduled on-site visits
* I will not always be able to answer when a client calls; however, priority is given by responding within 2 hours when those on a Service Agreement Plan leaves a message or sends a request. Please know that every attempt will be made to assist with an issue over the phone, but not all issues can be resolved over the phone. Issues that cannot be resolved over the phone may require on-site, off-site, or remote support. Additional fees may result depending on the Service Agreement Plan.
