Preventative maintenance is a best-effort attempt to reduce the probability of a computer or server having issues. I offer Preventative Maintenance Plans at great prices which are based on the number of computers and the number of visits per year.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO LABOR COSTS

Many tech solution companies and computer repair shops prefer to charge labor per hour. Four hours of labor will cost the same no matter what services are being provided. Others prefer to charge per service. One computer being repaired can have charges for diagnostics, virus removal, and software upgrades. Both options can be expensive for the client. I believe that the technology issues should be of greater concern than the cost to resolve the issues. For this reason, my labor costs start with a block of time and the "per hour" cost decreases during the day as more time is spent. Also, because I can multitask, I don't charge the same amount for services I provide from my own office. In this way, I keep my clients satisfied and willing to return for help when needed. They are perfect for installing virtual machines, to be used for file sharing, data backup, productivity, and mail services. Price is for 2 and 4 hard drive bays, but larger ones are also available. Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance Agreements are available in four categories. The categories are based on the potential amount of time it would take given a certain number of computers. Product's pricing is dependent on availability and are subject to change without notice. Alternatively, Service Agreements are available to churches and nonprofits organizations.

Category A = 1 to 4 computers;  Category B = 5 to 8 computers;
Category C = 9 to 12 computers; Category D = 12 to 16 computers

Bi-Annual Agreement

This consists of two on-site visits per year.

Quarterly Agreement

This consists of four on-site visits per year

Bi-Monthly Agreement

This consists of six on-site visits per year. Monthly payments also available.

Monthly Agreement

This consists of twelve on-site visits per year. Monthly payments also available.

Managing Features

$2 per month per device

Additional features for the remote monitoring app that will immediately alert me of threats and automatically updates 3rd party applications and monitors the Windows Update service. This will help to ensure that your computer is better protected from vulnerabilities.

Business Security Software

More than just antivirus, this managed software includes Anti-Ransomware, Behavior Blocker, File Guard, Surf Protection and Anti-Phishing.

Please note, because "free-antivirus" does not provide adequate protection against threats, all computers under the agreement must have a yearly antivirus subscription purchased either through me or some other vendor. 

All computers under a Preventative Maintenance Agreement will have a remote monitoring app installed that alerts the end-user of any threats found on the system and will provide an option to contact me. Additional management features are also available with this app for a monthly fee.

ON-SITE SERVICE AREA FOR SMALL BUSINESS, CHURCH & NONPROFIT

On-site services are available to clients who are located within an hour of Goshen Elementary School on the southside of Augusta. This includes South Carolina locations.

ON-SITE SERVICE AREA FOR RESIDENTIAL

On-site services are available to clients who are located within an 30 mins of Goshen Elementary School on the southside of Augusta. This includes South Carolina locations.

REMOTE SERVICES

Limited services are available remotely to all clients for up to two hours per connection. Availability of remote support is dependent upon an Internet connection, the type of issue, and scheduling.
