Issue Detection App

You know something is wrong with your computer, but just not sure what it is? This app will analyze your computer, notify you of any issues, and provide an opportunity to contact me for support all for a one time cost of $5. The app will monitor if Anti-Virus is installed, the Firewall is active, a blue screen (BSOD) has occured, the hard drive is getting full or about to fail, and much more. Better yet, this app comes free with the paid subcription of Anti-Malware for Home Computers or a paid subscription of one of the Online Backup options!

Advanced Issue Detection App 

It's the Issue Detection app super-sized. In addition to analyzing your computer and notifying you of issues, I will automatically get notified, as well. So I know of the issue when you do (sometimes before you do). However, you still get to decide if you want support or not. Additionally, the app automatically updates 3rd party applications and monitors the Windows update service, ensuring that your computer is always protected from vulnerabilities. Cost is $40 per year, per computer, but if purchased with Anti-Malware for Home Computers or with an Online Backup plan, the cost is only $20 per year, per computer.

Anti-Malware for Home Computers

More than just antivirus, this managed software includes Anti-Ransomware, Behavoir Blocker, File Guard, Surf Protection and Anti-Phishing. Can also be purchased to be installed on an equal number of Android mobile devices. Clients who purchase Anti-Malware for Home Computers will also receive the Issue Decection app for free. Additionally, you may also purchase the Advanced Issue Protection app for a reduced price of only $20 per computer, per year. Residential clients only. Remote, In-home, or Off-site Support fees may apply.

Clients with a paid subscription of one of these Online Backup options will also receive the Issue Detection app for free. For those who have less that 5 GB of data to backup, I offer a backup solution that does not have a monthly charge. Remote, In-home, or Off-site Support fees will apply.

Online Backup - 2TB - Unlimited Computers

$87 per year

For those who what to backup multiple computers and know they will have less than 2TB of data to backup, this is the plan for you. Remote, In-home, or Off-site Support fees will apply.

Online Backup - 5TB - Unlimited Computers

$125 per year

For those who what to backup multiple computers and know they will have less than 5TB of data to backup, this is the plan for you. Remote, In-home, or Off-site Support fees will apply.

Online Backup - Unlimited data

$75 per computer

For those with only one computer to backup, and data is unlimited. Alternatively, for those who don't mind the extra work, save the data from all computers to an external hard drive and back it up from one computer. Remote, In-home, or Off-site Support fees will apply.

ON-SITE SERVICE AREA FOR SMALL BUSINESS, CHURCH & NONPROFIT

On-site services are available to clients who are located within an hour of Goshen Elementary School on the southside of Augusta. This includes South Carolina locations.

ON-SITE SERVICE AREA FOR RESIDENTIAL

On-site services are available to clients who are located within an 30 mins of Goshen Elementary School on the southside of Augusta. This includes South Carolina locations.

REMOTE SERVICES

Limited services are available remotely to all clients for up to two hours per connection. Availability of remote support is dependent upon an Internet connection, the type of issue, and scheduling.
